Exclusions include cosmetic defects (paint, decals), worn parts due to improper use, synthetic ropes outside of 6 months (Armortek Extreme Ropes outside of 12 months), and accessories like fairleads, hooks, and mounting plates. Remotes, solenoids, contactors, and isolation switches are covered for 12 months. Failures due to acts of God, non-original parts, or modifications by unauthorized parties are also excluded.
