+ Can I really open the In-Bed Trunk® with the rack installed?

Yes, 100%. The rack's uprights are positioned to provide clear access to the trunk lid, allowing it to swing fully open so you never lose access to this key Ridgeline feature.
+ Will this fit the Black Edition or HPD Package?

Yes. The bed construction is identical across all Ridgeline trims, including Sport, RTL, RTL-E, and Black Edition, as well as those equipped with the HPD (Honda Performance Development) package. This rack will fit all of them perfectly.
+ Can I carry a rooftop tent?

Absolutely. The 800 lb static load capacity is more than enough to support most rooftop tents and their occupants. With the addition of our optional 4CX Roof/Side Bars, you can create the perfect platform for mounting your tent.
+ Is this rack compatible with a tonneau cover?

This rack is compatible with most tonneau covers that mount on the inside of the bed rails. Hard and soft covers that sit on top of the bed caps, like the OEM Honda tonneau cover, will generally work with this rack system without interference.
+ Will the rack obstruct the in-bed audio system?

No. The mounting feet of the rack are positioned on the rails and do not cover or block the truck-bed audio system exciters on applicable trims. You can enjoy your music at the campsite without any sound dampening from the rack.
