Adventure Without LimitsYour 2021+ Bronco was built for adventure—so why let limited storage, annoying wind noise, and a weak factory load capacity hold you back?
Transform your Ford Bronco 2-Door or 4-Door into the ultimate adventure rig with the TrailRax Modular Roof Rack. Engineered for unrivaled durability, superior load capacity, and whisper-quiet performance, this low-profile rack is built to conquer any trail while keeping your gear secure and accessible.
Why TrailRax Built this Bronco Rack:The Pain: The factory MIC hardtop has notoriously low payload capacities. Most aftermarket racks either require permanent drilling or put dangerous amounts of stress directly onto the fragile fiberglass roof.
The TrailRax Solution: An innovative, 100% bolt-on clamping system that works in tandem with the patented Pak Rax system to route heavy structural loads directly to the Bronco's body, protecting your roof and achieving a massive 850lb static rating.
High Demand Alert: Limited Stock for Bronco Adventures. Secure Yours Today!
Key Features: TrailRax Bronco
Significantly increases load capacity beyond factory ratings. Achieve up to 850 lbs statically to easily support heavy multi-person rooftop tents.
Thoughtfully engineered to allow the complete removal and reinstallation of your MIC hardtop front panels even with the rack fully installed.
The front wind deflector is precisely engineered to match your Bronco's windshield angle, virtually eliminating wind noise for a remarkably quiet ride.
Crafted from 5052 3/16" aluminum, adding only 3.845 inches of height to ensure your Bronco still fits easily into most standard home garages.
A unique 90-degree bent side panel drastically boosts the rack's durability and provides a full 360-degree mounting area for ultimate versatility.
Designed with Heretic Studio, the deflector allows you to flush-mount a 40" light bar below the top face of the T-slots for a completely level rack.
A custom clamping system mounts securely to your OEM hardtop, while the front utilizes existing windshield studs for a rigid, drill-free setup.
Fully compatible with the patented Pak Rax option (sold separately) to distribute weight to the body and dramatically increase storage space.
Advanced Engineering for Peak PerformanceThe TrailRax Modular Roof Rack isn't just a rack; it's an extension of your Bronco's capabilities. Every aspect, from the materials to the mounting system, is engineered for superior performance and longevity.
It utilizes high-strength 3/16" 5052 Aluminum side panels and precision-engineered Anodized Black Aluminum Extrusions (made in Utah). Our TrailRax Modular Roof Rack is designed to fit all models and trims of the Ford Bronco, both 2-Door and 4-Door versions. Please note that a MIC (Molded-in-Color) hardtop is absolutely required for installation.
Not at all! The TrailRax roof rack features an easy bolt-on design. It utilizes a secure clamping system onto your OEM Ford hardtop and mounts into existing studs on the windshield, ensuring a rigid and straightforward installation process suitable for most users.
The rack boasts an impressive static load rating of 850 lbs and a dynamic load rating of 300 lbs, both verified through CAD and real-life testing. With the optional Pak Rax, it can carry an additional 70 lbs per side, evenly distributed. These ratings are achieved by distributing weight effectively to the Bronco's body, minimizing stress on the hardtop.
No. We've specifically engineered the angle of the integrated wind deflector to match your Bronco's aerodynamics. This design significantly minimizes wind noise, providing a much quieter ride compared to many other roof rack options, almost as if it were a factory-installed component.
Absolutely! Our TrailRax Modular Roof Rack is thoughtfully designed to allow you to remove and reinstall your hardtop panels without needing to detach the roof rack itself. Enjoy the open-air experience whenever you like.
The Pak Rax is our patented, innovative storage solution designed to integrate seamlessly with your roof rack. It provides additional, highly stable storage capacity by distributing weight directly to the Bronco's body, which is crucial for maximizing your load while protecting your MIC hardtop.
The TrailRax roof rack is designed with a low profile, adding only 3.845 inches to your Bronco's overall height from the center of the hardtop. This minimal increase means it should comfortably fit into most standard garages, allowing you to park without worry.

Prop 65 Warning- Product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
Proposition 65 is a California law passed in 1986. Its goals are to protect drinking water sources from toxic substances that may cause cancer and birth defects and to reduce or eliminate exposures to those chemicals generally, for example in consumer products, by requiring warnings in advance of those exposures.
The regulation requires the State of California to revise and republish yearly a list of chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. The current list contains over 900 naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals. This regulation also requires manufacturers to place warnings on products that contain any of the chemicals listed by the State of California. No other states require warnings of this nature, and products with Prop 65 warning language are legal to sell in all states. Detailed information regarding requirements for compliance to the California Prop. 65 is can be found at: www.P65Warning.ca.gov
We get it. You've got a lot of choice when it comes to online retailers.
Here's why we think you should shop with us at ExtrailAuto.
Installation was pretty straightforward except for the nuts for the front to the roof. Although it was easy to see what to do, in practice it was a pain to tighten the nuts. Unfortunately onenof the side panels came scratched maybe from shipping? Other than that everyrhing was great
All packing and shipment were great, everything was there. I had to contract out the install because of arthritis, it took them two hours and looks perfect. Zero wind noise at any speed 0 to 100.
Loved the great packaging- expanded foam! Assembled and installed by myself- against recommended instructions- without problems. Went slow and put cardboard on top of the Bronco for the final installation. Didn’t notice the included Lok-Tite but used my own - my oversight. Stout system! NO Additional noise at highway speed. Loads of compliments. Trail tested on Stony pass CO. No problems. Highly recommended!
The TRMR is a great roof rack. I can't wait to get the light bar to complete it. Wish there was an awning bracket to work with the iKamper RTT, but we'll figure that out, and the adventures with it will continue, regardless.
So far traveled halfway across the country, done quite a bit of off-roading, and don't have any complaints. I have the cut out light bar and Baja likable xl lights up top. The wind deflector does its job even with 60mph wind gusts from every direction there is no noise from the rack. I especially like the side panels because even if you don’t use them for a rotopax you can hang things on the side to keep them off the ground at camp and in my case free up room in the car for sleeping. Assembly itself went fairly smoothly. Only thing that was difficult was attaching the front of the rack to the vehicle I do wish it was easier to attach/detach up there but it is SOLID once on. I was missing a piece for the back half (received two of another piece) contacted customer service and got the correct one sent. 10/10 customer service; multiple questions I had before getting the rack were quickly answered.
The wait time was more than I anticipated even after seeing the notification of long lead times. I have to give them props for giving some compensation for the excessive wait time. Having slightly larger holes would help with fitment. Had a hard time getting the front drivers side away from the pinch weld. Eventually had to use washers to add space away from the truck. Need to update pictures and instalation video for the new sliders they are now making

Absolutely love my new rack and roam cases. Appreciate the Sherpa crew as well for their hospitality while the installation was taking place.
Fit and finish is excellent. Looks great on the Bronco. No whistling noise at all, some additional wind noise over 60mph but not much different than it was without the rack. Assembly was not too difficult. Instructions and videos could be a little better.
The quality and dedication of the team at Sherpa is evident from the very first interaction with them, and is further proven in the product itself. This rack is well engineered, easy to assemble, easy to adjust, and holds up incredibly well with no loosening or rattling or shifting (even after over 200 miles of driving on poorly maintained roads). Currently operating with approximately 180 pounds of gear mounted on the bed rack and no issues at all so far. I expected the vibration to work the bolts loose over time, but every time I check they're all still snug. My only regret is that I didn't pull the trigger and get this rack sooner.
First of all, the team at Sherpa is full of passion for adventure and that passion shows in the quality of their products. This roof rack looks incredible and surprised me with it's sturdiness. No loosening of hardware, even after weeks of driving. Currently holding approximately 80 pounds of gear for everyday driving, plus an additional 110 strapped on top during a camping trip (and I even stood on top of the entire loadout). No warping, bending, twisting, or slipping. The fact that this matches the bed rack perfectly in height is the icing on the cake. Easily serves as a tie off for a tarp, rain fly, hammock, or whatever you need. Perfect for modular campsite setup and quick teardown.
I bought the Sherpa Crestone rack for my 2024 4Runner TRD Pro. Incredibly well-made and excellent design. Spend the extra , to get best roof rack in the market. You won’t regret it.
This is our first roof rack that we are going to use to put a RRT (roof top tent) on for back country trips. Well-built product that came with all the nuts, bolts and washers to complete the installation. Took about 1-1/2 to 2 hours install the rack. You will another person to help place the racks on top of the Jeep for final install. Overall, a great, well-built American product
Install was super easy. The quality was great. Customer service was quick to respond to any issues! I’ve already been getting compliments on it and what brand it is. This will be great for camping this year!
This is on my tundra absolutely solid rack looks fantastic extremely modular, which is why I went this route. I can use the whole rack when traveling and over landing then rock the chase rack only when the rest is not in use, I actually use the recovery traction board mounts for my shower room set up, which works amazingly just relocated the board somewhere shown in picture keep innovating TUWAand I’ll keep purchasing.
Good looking cat shields made of stainless steel with cooling holes. Priced well, easy install, no issues. Would buy again.
Great service from their staff. Robert help me through all the process with a request I had, he responded all emails in a timely manner and provided great help.
We received it within 3 days and installed the same day. Great awning and very well made.
the tent is very nice, comfortable and roomy.
Following the instructions was fairly easy. Its better to have second person to set it up. I really like the tent and the support that from ExtrailAuto. Really recommeded! Thanks

I'm happy with my new racks, it's perfect for that I want.
We are very happy the rack fits the painted roof of our ‘25 Bronco Heritage. Leitner right now might be the only company that makes a rack that fits the painted roof. Typical great Leitner attention to detail

I installed this on my M1102A trailer for organizing my camping gear and mounting my RTT and awning. It was a really easy install and was rock solid containing my gear down rugged dirt roads and washes last week. The sliding rear load bar was great for loading the motorcycles.

I’ve had the full-length rack on my Grenadier for about a year, and it has performed flawlessly. Not only is the design simple and aesthetically pleasing, it is highly practical for carrying any load. I consistently have over 400 lbs mounted on my rack at all times, and even through multiple trips through the washboards of Death Valley at 45 mph, the rack has remained steady and strong, with not one fastener coming loose. I’d buy this rack ten times before I’d consider another brand.
Limited space in bed. Now all my gear sits in the rack above. Made all the difference in what I can fit in this truck!!
needed something low profile but strong. This platform hit it out of the park. Put it on my ARE topper and couldn’t be happier! Assembly instructions could be clearer in showing top versus bottom, but got it together easy enough. Need to show the need for squaring up before mounting. Overall break pleased
