A Decade of Excellence. 44% Stronger Crossbars. The Ultimate Tundra Overlanding Upgrade.
The Evolution of the World's Best Roof RackThe best just got better with the all-new Prinsu Pro Roof Rack for the Toyota Tundra Crewmax (2007-2021). Building upon a decade of excellence, this rack is engineered to push the boundaries of adventure. Whether you are hauling recovery gear, rooftop tents, or building a custom lighting setup, the Pro series provides the most rigid and modular foundation on the market.
Engineered with precision, the Pro series introduces a completely redesigned architecture that solves the flex and mounting limitations of traditional racks. It is the definitive choice for Tundra owners who demand "no-fail" performance in the backcountry.
Why the Prinsu Pro?The Pain: Standard racks often flex under heavy loads, lack enough tie-down points, and suffer from hardware corrosion after one season.
The Prinsu Pro Solution: We engineered a 44% stronger crossbar, utilized stainless steel hardware, and added 6 drop-in points per bar for ultimate versatility.
Key Features: The Prinsu Pro Advantage
The all-new crossbar design significantly increases load capacity and reduces flex when carrying heavy rooftop tents or equipment.
Each crossbar features 6 integrated drop-in points, allowing for effortless mounting of accessories without sliding hardware from the ends.
The new two-part side rail design increases overall rack rigidity, ensuring your gear stays stable on the roughest washboard roads.
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware comes standard, preventing rust streaks and ensuring longevity in harsh environments.
A custom bend on the top of the Pro Side Rail adds structural integrity and a sleek, aggressive aesthetic to your Tundra.
Bolt-on mounting feet are recessed to maintain a low profile while providing a rock-solid connection to your Tundra’s roof.
Built for the long haul, the Prinsu Pro uses premium materials to ensure it outlasts the vehicle it's mounted on.
Specifically contoured to the roofline of the 2007-2021 Tundra CrewMax for a factory-level finish.
Engineered for the Long HaulThe Prinsu Pro isn't just a rack; it's a structural upgrade. By utilizing a two-part side rail design and a unique top-rail bend, we've eliminated the weak points found in generic platform racks. The result is a system that handles dynamic off-road loads with ease.
With 6 drop-in points per crossbar, you no longer have to disassemble your rack to add a new light pod or awning bracket. Just drop the hardware in and go.
44% Stronger Bars 6 Drop-in Points Pro Rigid Design SS Hardware
"I upgraded from the original Prinsu to the Pro on my 2018 Tundra, and the difference in rigidity is night and day. The new crossbars don't flex at all under my heavy hard-shell tent. The drop-in points made adding my MaxTrax mounts a 5-minute job instead of an hour. Yes, you have to drill, but for this level of stability, it's 100% worth it."
- Mark S., Tundra CrewMax Owner Installation RequirementNote for 2007-2021 Tundra: Please note that drilling into the roof is required for the installation of this rack. This ensures the high load capacity and structural integrity the Pro series is known for. Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable with drilling.

CA Residents: ⚠️ WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
Yes. Unlike some other vehicles, the 2007-2021 Tundra CrewMax does not have factory-installed mounting points in the roof ditch. Drilling is required to install the recessed mounting feet securely. We recommend using a high-quality sealant (like silicone or butyl tape) during installation.
The Pro crossbar features a revised internal structure that makes it 44% stronger than previous versions. Additionally, it has 6 drop-in points on the top surface, meaning you can add accessories anywhere along the bar without having to slide them in from the side rails.
No. The Prinsu Pro is constructed from high-grade aluminum and now comes standard with corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware. This prevents the common issue of hardware rusting and staining your vehicle's roof.
Prinsu racks are some of the lowest profile options on the market. While height varies slightly based on crossbar placement, it typically adds approximately 2-3 inches to the highest point of your roof, making it garage-friendly for most owners.

Prop 65 Warning- Product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
Proposition 65 is a California law passed in 1986. Its goals are to protect drinking water sources from toxic substances that may cause cancer and birth defects and to reduce or eliminate exposures to those chemicals generally, for example in consumer products, by requiring warnings in advance of those exposures.
The regulation requires the State of California to revise and republish yearly a list of chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. The current list contains over 900 naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals. This regulation also requires manufacturers to place warnings on products that contain any of the chemicals listed by the State of California. No other states require warnings of this nature, and products with Prop 65 warning language are legal to sell in all states. Detailed information regarding requirements for compliance to the California Prop. 65 is can be found at: www.P65Warning.ca.gov
We get it. You've got a lot of choice when it comes to online retailers.
Here's why we think you should shop with us at ExtrailAuto.
The wait time was more than I anticipated even after seeing the notification of long lead times. I have to give them props for giving some compensation for the excessive wait time. Having slightly larger holes would help with fitment. Had a hard time getting the front drivers side away from the pinch weld. Eventually had to use washers to add space away from the truck. Need to update pictures and instalation video for the new sliders they are now making
All packing and shipment were great, everything was there. I had to contract out the install because of arthritis, it took them two hours and looks perfect. Zero wind noise at any speed 0 to 100.
Absolutely love my new rack and roam cases. Appreciate the Sherpa crew as well for their hospitality while the installation was taking place.
Fit and finish is excellent. Looks great on the Bronco. No whistling noise at all, some additional wind noise over 60mph but not much different than it was without the rack. Assembly was not too difficult. Instructions and videos could be a little better.
The quality and dedication of the team at Sherpa is evident from the very first interaction with them, and is further proven in the product itself. This rack is well engineered, easy to assemble, easy to adjust, and holds up incredibly well with no loosening or rattling or shifting (even after over 200 miles of driving on poorly maintained roads). Currently operating with approximately 180 pounds of gear mounted on the bed rack and no issues at all so far. I expected the vibration to work the bolts loose over time, but every time I check they're all still snug. My only regret is that I didn't pull the trigger and get this rack sooner.
First of all, the team at Sherpa is full of passion for adventure and that passion shows in the quality of their products. This roof rack looks incredible and surprised me with it's sturdiness. No loosening of hardware, even after weeks of driving. Currently holding approximately 80 pounds of gear for everyday driving, plus an additional 110 strapped on top during a camping trip (and I even stood on top of the entire loadout). No warping, bending, twisting, or slipping. The fact that this matches the bed rack perfectly in height is the icing on the cake. Easily serves as a tie off for a tarp, rain fly, hammock, or whatever you need. Perfect for modular campsite setup and quick teardown.
I bought the Sherpa Crestone rack for my 2024 4Runner TRD Pro. Incredibly well-made and excellent design. Spend the extra , to get best roof rack in the market. You won’t regret it.
This is our first roof rack that we are going to use to put a RRT (roof top tent) on for back country trips. Well-built product that came with all the nuts, bolts and washers to complete the installation. Took about 1-1/2 to 2 hours install the rack. You will another person to help place the racks on top of the Jeep for final install. Overall, a great, well-built American product
Install was super easy. The quality was great. Customer service was quick to respond to any issues! I’ve already been getting compliments on it and what brand it is. This will be great for camping this year!
This is on my tundra absolutely solid rack looks fantastic extremely modular, which is why I went this route. I can use the whole rack when traveling and over landing then rock the chase rack only when the rest is not in use, I actually use the recovery traction board mounts for my shower room set up, which works amazingly just relocated the board somewhere shown in picture keep innovating TUWAand I’ll keep purchasing.
Good looking cat shields made of stainless steel with cooling holes. Priced well, easy install, no issues. Would buy again.
Great service from their staff. Robert help me through all the process with a request I had, he responded all emails in a timely manner and provided great help.
We received it within 3 days and installed the same day. Great awning and very well made.
the tent is very nice, comfortable and roomy.
Following the instructions was fairly easy. Its better to have second person to set it up. I really like the tent and the support that from ExtrailAuto. Really recommeded! Thanks

I installed this on my M1102A trailer for organizing my camping gear and mounting my RTT and awning. It was a really easy install and was rock solid containing my gear down rugged dirt roads and washes last week. The sliding rear load bar was great for loading the motorcycles.

I’ve had the full-length rack on my Grenadier for about a year, and it has performed flawlessly. Not only is the design simple and aesthetically pleasing, it is highly practical for carrying any load. I consistently have over 400 lbs mounted on my rack at all times, and even through multiple trips through the washboards of Death Valley at 45 mph, the rack has remained steady and strong, with not one fastener coming loose. I’d buy this rack ten times before I’d consider another brand.
Limited space in bed. Now all my gear sits in the rack above. Made all the difference in what I can fit in this truck!!
needed something low profile but strong. This platform hit it out of the park. Put it on my ARE topper and couldn’t be happier! Assembly instructions could be clearer in showing top versus bottom, but got it together easy enough. Need to show the need for squaring up before mounting. Overall break pleased
Fit and finish first class. I made an error on my initial order, reached out to customer service and they had everything squared away with just a couple of emails. Great communication on shipping and shipping progress. Would definitely use these folks again.
I'm happy with my new racks, it's perfect for that I want.
We are very happy the rack fits the painted roof of our ‘25 Bronco Heritage. Leitner right now might be the only company that makes a rack that fits the painted roof. Typical great Leitner attention to detail
