Extreme Load Capability for the QuartermasterThe Leitner Designs ACS ROOF is the result of 10 years of engineering and hundreds of thousands of off-road miles of testing our legendary Active Cargo System (ACS). We took that DNA and created a world-class platform rack specifically for the INEOS Quartermaster.
Over-engineered in Corona, California, this rack features 6063 T6 aluminum extrusions and billet machined 6061 T6 aluminum brackets. It is designed to "Carry Your World" by bolting directly to the vehicle's roll cage points, creating a mounting system far stronger than the competition.
The Problem & The Solution:The Pain: Most racks rely on the factory rain gutters, which limit load capacity. Plus, high-profile racks often block Safari Windows and create wind noise.
The ACS Solution: We use Billet Bases that bolt to the internal roll cage, a Low Profile (2.0") design that respects your Safari Windows, and a fully modular T-track system.

Instead of clamping to the rain gutters (which can be a weak point for heavy dynamic loads), the ACS ROOF bolts directly to the INEOS roll cage using machined 6061 T6 aluminum bases. This provides ultimate strength and stability.
Yes, the rack is rated to support heavy tents (up to 750 lbs static on the Full Rack). However, due to the low-profile design, accessing tent bolts is very difficult. We strongly recommend purchasing our Load Bar Kit for hassle-free tent mounting.
Full Rack: Covers the full roof, weighs 70 lbs, higher capacity (750 lbs static), covers Safari windows.
