upTOP Overland currently offers free shipping. However, upTOP Overland reserves the right to modify or revoke the free shipping policy at any time.
Warranty

Conditions:

Products must be installed exactly as per upTOP’s written or video instructions.

Improper installation can result in injury, accidents, or death, and voids the warranty.

Any customization or modification of the product voids the warranty.

The customer is responsible for securing the product, checking fasteners before and during use, and inspecting for wear or damage regularly.

Warranty Remedy:
At upTOP Overland’s discretion, they will either:-
Repair the product

Replace it
-
Issue a refund or store credit equivalent to the purchase price

Exclusions:
The warranty does NOT cover:-
Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic rust or scratches

Accidents or misuse
-
Racing/competition use
-
Modifications or third-party repairs

Improper assembly or failure to follow usage instructions

Powder-coated finish

Final Authority: upTOP Overland reserves full discretion in determining warranty eligibility.
Returns
All racks are built on order, as such we are unable to refund or accept returns. Orders get started as soon as the order comes through so there is an automatic 20% restocking fee if you decide to cancel. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back and the 20% restocking fee. For return, contact ExtrailAuto.
