MillerCat Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

  • Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days, though bulk orders may take longer.

  • Tracking info is emailed (if provided), but only becomes active once the shipment leaves their facility.

  • Orders may ship in multiple or combined shipments to avoid delays.

  • Customers are contacted within 24 hours (M–F) if an item is back-ordered.

  • Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds. Only replacements are offered, and only after the carrier completes an investigation.

  • For help, customers can contact ExtrailAuto during business days.

 CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve shipped.

  • If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable for all 3 delivery attempts by USPS or FedEx, they will be charged the return shipping cost back to MillerCAT.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and resalable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless MillerCAT is at fault.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% applies.

  • Cosmetic imperfections caused during manufacturing or shipping are not eligible for free returns.

  • MillerCAT offers discounted return labels for customer convenience.

  • Returns must be pre-approved—items sent without authorization will be rejected.

EXCHANGES

  • MillerCAT does not offer direct exchanges.

  • Customers should place a new order and return the original item.

  • If the original is returned in good condition, a full refund will be issued, minus fees.

REFUNDS

  • After a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are minus any fees, including restocking and return label costs.

  • It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect on a statement.

  • Lost or stolen packages: no refunds. Only replacements issued after carrier investigation.

  • Customers are encouraged to minimize returns to reduce carbon footprint.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

  • Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, they must contact support immediately for resolution.


WARRANTY INFORMATION

Catalytic Converter Warranty

  • Covered for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.

  • Warranty ensures the converter is free from defects that would cause failure in emissions tests.

  • Valid only if installed on an approved vehicle in proper operating condition.

  • Customer must provide maintenance records proving proper diagnosis and repair of underlying issues.

  • Claims require:

    • Returning the defective converter to an authorized dealer

    • Proof of purchase

    • Completed warranty certificate

  • Consequential damages are not covered, including labor, transport, or damage to the vehicle or property.

Cat Shield Warranty

  • 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects only.

  • Covers issues that affect installation or product performance.

  • Warranty valid only with proof of purchase from an authorized source.

  • Purchases via unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered.

  • Cosmetic imperfections from manufacturing or shipping are not covered.

  • Theft is NOT covered:

    • Shield is a deterrent, not a guaranteed theft-proof device.

    • Works like a car alarm—adds protection, but not absolute prevention.

  • Miller CAT is not liable for labor, damages, or other costs due to shield use.

MCX Skid Plate Warranty

  • 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Covers installation or performance-related issues.

  • Requires valid proof of purchase from authorized sellers only.

  • Cosmetic flaws (e.g., scratches or scuffs) are not covered.

  • Like other undercar products, scratches are expected due to road exposure.

  • No liability for labor, damages, or other expenses due to skid plate use.

CAN Bus Anti-Theft Shield Warranty

  • 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Covers installation and performance issues.

  • Proof of purchase from authorized sellers is required for all claims.

  • No warranty for items bought through unauthorized or third-party sellers.

  • Cosmetic damage not covered.

  • Not theft-proof—device is a deterrent, not a guaranteed safeguard.

  • Miller CAT is not responsible for any damages or related costs from product use.

Radar Shield Warranty

  • Comes with a 90-day manufacturing defect warranty.

  • Covers issues that affect fitment or functionality.

  • Requires original proof of purchase from official or authorized sources.

  • No warranty if purchased from third-party/unauthorized resellers.

  • Cosmetic flaws not covered (scuffs, minor dents, etc.).

  • Does not guarantee prevention of theft—serves only as a deterrent.

  • Miller CAT is not liable for any damages or operational changes caused by use.
