Shipping Policy
- Fees: Freight and insurance are added to the invoice. Special packing/handling may incur additional charges.

Additional Costs: Delivery to hard-to-reach areas (e.g., apartments, military bases) may result in extra charges.

Failed Deliveries: Customer is responsible for fees from failed attempts, incorrect address, or re-routing.

International Orders:

Customs/import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Expedition One is not liable for damages from improper international shipping practices.

Return Policy

Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized via an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Time Frame: Must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

Condition: Only new, uninstalled items are eligible for return.

Restocking Fee: A 20% or $40 (whichever is greater) restocking fee applies.

Ineligible Items: Custom, limited, or special-run products are not returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Must be reported within 5 business days.

Digital photos are required.

Buyer pays shipping for returns.

Either re-coat the returned product or refund the warranty cost + powder coat fee.

Warranty Policy
1. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Applies to: Bumpers, rocker guards, and steel products.

Coverage: Material and workmanship defects.

Eligibility: Original purchaser, with proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Misuse, improper installation, competition/racing use, exposure to elements, altered parts, and use of non-Expedition One components.
2. Powder Coat Warranty

Standard: 30-day warranty for defects in workmanship.

Extended Warranty (if purchased): One year coverage, with option for re-coat or refund of powder coat service + warranty fee.
3. Other Products

One-year warranty: Geri fuel/water containers, washer fluid kits, plastics, aluminum products.

Exclusions: Shipping damage, improper installation, normal wear items like bushings, bearings, joints.
4. Warranty Process

Documentation Required: Photos, description, proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customer pays shipping for warranty claims.
-
Resolution: Repair, replacement, or refund at Expedition One’s discretion.
